With more than 30 successful client engagements under our belt in the last 8 years, Mel and I are proud of how far Dynamic Improvement Group has come since we launched the business in 2019.

The DIG team began 2026 by diving into an ambitious Q1 travel schedule, and we owe tremendous thanks to our MVPs — our spouses — whose support makes this work possible. Celebrating with them at the Christmas Party was a highlight of the season and a meaningful way to honor everything they do behind the scenes.
